"Officially Licensed SQUARE ENIX Cafe & Shop SHINJUKU" is a permanent cafe with an attached merchandise shop, produced by SQUARE ENIX.
On the 2nd and 3rd floors, our cafe space offers a regular menu featuring dishes inspired by multiple game titles.
The merchandise area on the 1st floor offers a wide selection of official goods.
The cafe space is available on a first-come, first-served basis for customers with reservations. The merchandise space is open to everyone.

FAQ

Q. Is there a charge for this service?: A flat table charge of ¥1,200 applies.
The charge includes 1 complimentary drink, 1 coaster, and 1 B4 size placemat.

Q. Can I choose the novelty item?: You can choose your preferred title for both the "Usage Bonus" and the "Order Bonus," but the contents will be given to you randomly.

Q. Is a reservation required?: While reservations aren't strictly required, we recommend making one.
If there are seats available on the day, customers without reservations are welcome to come directly to the store.

Q. Is it a 1 order system?: Yes, in addition to the table charge, we ask that each person order at least 1 food or drink item.

Q. Is there a cancellation fee?: There is no cancellation fee.
Please refrain from making reservations if you intend to cancel them, as this will prevent other customers from making reservations.

Q. Can I use it with my child (preschool age)?: There is no charge for preschool-aged children, but please note that they will not receive any admission benefits.
If you will be bringing a stroller or using a high chair for your child, please indicate this in the comments section when making your reservation.

Q. Is it okay to take photos and videos?: Taking photos inside the store is OK! We also welcome you to upload them to social media!
However, video recording and filming of in-store promotional videos are not permitted.
Also, please refrain from doing anything that would cause inconvenience to others, and please do not include other customers in your photos.
If such behavior is discovered, you may be asked to leave the premises.

Q. Can I bring in food and drinks?: Bringing in outside food and drinks is not permitted.
You are welcome to bring your own baby food. Please feel free to ask if you need to warm it up in a microwave or use children's tableware and cutlery.
